Teradyne,
Inc. (NYSE:TER) announced the election of Mercedes Johnson to its
Board of Directors. Ms. Johnson was also appointed to the Board’s Audit
Committee.
Ms. Johnson has more than 25 years of financial management experience in
technology driven global businesses, most recently as Senior Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Avago Technologies. Prior
to Avago Technologies, she was the CFO of LAM Research and also held
senior financial management positions at Applied Materials and
Nanometrics.
