Suppliers of Chip Making Equipment categories in the 2014 VLSIresearch
Customer Satisfaction Survey. This is the second consecutive year that
Teradyne took home top honors. With an overall 7.7% ratings increase,
Teradyne received the highest ratings among all 10 BEST suppliers in 13
of the 15 categories and the highest ratings among all THE BEST test
suppliers in all 15 categories.

The VLSIresearch annual Customer Satisfaction Survey reviews equipment
users to determine how they value their equipment and their
relationships with suppliers. Over 55,918 responses were gathered from
3,516 surveys from users in China, Europe, Japan, Korea, North America,
Taiwan and other areas of the world. Participants rated suppliers on
customer service, product performance and supplier performance. The
annual Customer Satisfaction Survey is the only publicly available
opportunity for chip manufacturers to provide feedback on their suppliers.
The ‘10 BEST’, ‘THE BEST’, and ‘RANKED 1st’ awards
provide special recognition to suppliers that are rated highest by their
customers.
